Calipso is a spiraling journey through disorientation, resistance and surrender. In a cabin by the river, a woman inhabits an emotional loop in which gestures repeat and time feels suspended. Through dance and physical poetics, her inner world unfolds in a series of performances that reveal the tension between holding on and letting go. As the interior grows denser, the river emerges as a constant presence—a latent possibility for change. In this passage, surrender ceases to be a fall and becomes an opening.

Calipso ist eine spiralförmige Reise durch Orientierungslosigkeit, Widerstand und Hingabe. In einer Hütte am Fluss befindet sich eine Frau in einer emotionalen Schleife, in der sich Gesten wiederholen und die Zeit stillzustehen scheint. Durch Tanz und körperliche Poetik entfaltet sich ihre innere Welt in einer Folge von Performances, die die Spannung zwischen Festhalten und Loslassen sichtbar machen. Während sich der Innenraum zunehmend verdichtet, tritt der Fluss als beständige Präsenz hervor – als latente Möglichkeit der Veränderung. In diesem Übergang hört Hingabe auf, ein Fallen zu sein, und wird zu einer Öffnung.
