    Films can be handed in at any time of the year through our submission form.To ensure consideration for the upcoming festival edition, submissions should be made by JULY 22, 2026.

    In addition to getting to watch your artistic work, we at POOL Festival are also interested in the context, accessibility, and possible trigger or content notes of your work. This information helps us in our curation and supports the communication with our audiences.

    In case my film is selected for the festival programme, I agree that a copy of the film may remain in the POOL archive for internal curatorial, research, and documentation purposes. This agreement does not grant any screening, distribution, or promotional rights beyond those explicitly agreed elsewhere.

    Falls mein Film für das Festivalprogramm ausgewählt wird, stimme ich zu, dass eine Kopie des Films für interne kuratorische, dokumentarische und Forschungszwecke im POOL-Archiv verbleiben kann. Daraus ergeben sich keine Vorführ-, Vertriebs- oder Werberechte, sofern diese nicht an anderer Stelle ausdrücklich vereinbart werden.

    I agree to the publication of still images from the film for press, social media, festival publications, and promotional purposes related to POOL. This consent applies exclusively to still images and does not include the use of the film itself, in whole or in part. Any use of film excerpts, including for a festival trailer or other promotional materials, requires separate permission from the filmmaker.

    Ich stimme der Veröffentlichung von Standbildern (Stills) aus dem Film für Presse, Social Media, Festivalpublikationen und Werbezwecke im Zusammenhang mit POOL zu. Diese Zustimmung gilt ausschließlich für Standbilder und umfasst weder die Nutzung des Films selbst noch von Ausschnitten daraus. Jede Nutzung von Filmausschnitten, beispielsweise für einen Festivaltrailer oder andere Werbematerialien, bedarf einer gesonderten Zustimmung der Filmschaffenden.

    The person or institution submitting the film is responsible for clearing all rights to the content of the work relevant to the film's use by the festival.

    Die Person oder Institution, die den Film einreicht, ist verantwortlich für die Klärung aller Rechte an den Inhalten des Werkes, die für die Nutzung des Films durch das Festival relevant sind.

    With the submission, POOL is permitted to use the data provided for the purpose of processing the festival.

    Mit der Einreichung erlaube ich POOL, die bereitgestellten Daten ausschließlich zum Zweck der Organisation des Festivals zu nutzen.
