Where the land ends and the sea begins, two bodies lose themselves. Suspended in memory, they weave a desolate dance shaped by silent resistance—the legacy of a shared grief. At the threshold of the invisible world, time ceases to exist. The dance becomes a passage, an interweaving of gestures that binds as much as it liberates.
NOUAGE was filmed at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe—“where the land ends and the sea begins”, as the poet Luís de Camões wrote.

Wo das Land endet und das Meer beginnt, verlieren sich zwei Körper. In ihren Erinnerungen schwebend, verweben sie einen verlassen wirkenden Tanz, geprägt von stillem Widerstand – dem Vermächtnis einer gemeinsamen Trauer. An der Schwelle zur unsichtbaren Welt hört die Zeit auf zu existieren. Der Tanz wird zu einem Übergang, zu einer Verflechtung von Gesten, die ebenso bindet wie befreit.
NOUAGE wurde am Cabo da Roca gedreht, dem westlichsten Punkt des europäischen Festlands – dort, „wo das Land endet und das Meer beginnt“, wie der Dichter Luís de Camões schrieb.
