Set in Canary Wharf, London’s main financial centre, the architecture is used to identify the visual identity and experience of a “megacity”. With words such “freedom” and “greed” given new meaning by neo-liberal economists such as Milton Friedman, this short film looks at the line between the utopian and anti-utopian.
